As of 9:30 AM Central this morning, the Sentinel waitlist is open. Sentinel itself launches Monday, August 10 at 9:30 AM Central — and between now and then, the waitlist is how you get in line.

What Sentinel is, in one paragraph
You type what you want into your AI — Claude Cowork, or any AI that speaks MCP (the open protocol that lets AI tools use external systems). Sentinel gives that AI the hands to build it: triggers, dashboards, automations, and integrations deployed straight to your CRM. On Salesforce that means real Apex, Flows, and custom objects, deployed sandbox-first with tests. On GoHighLevel it means custom development beyond what workflows can reach. And the whole time, every action is logged and a snapshot is taken before every deploy, so everything your AI ships is visible and recoverable.
The one-sentence version: if a developer could build it, you can just ask for it.
Why a waitlist instead of just opening the doors
Because we’re launching in waves, and the waitlist is the line.
Every Sentinel is real infrastructure — a dedicated VM provisioned for your org with its own subdomain, static IP, DNS, and SSL, all stood up automatically after purchase. Auto-provisioning is proven end-to-end with zero manual steps, and we intend to keep it that way when launch traffic hits. Waves let us onboard each batch properly instead of finding out at scale which assumption breaks first.
So between now and Monday morning, both signup pages collect waitlist entries instead of creating accounts. It takes about 30 seconds: your email, and if you want, a note about what you’d build first.
What joining the waitlist actually gets you
Three things, concretely:

No surprises on pricing
We published pricing before we published the product, and it hasn’t moved: $500/month per Sentinel, plus a one-time $2,500 onboarding fee on your first Sentinel only. You can own more than one. That’s the whole model — no tiers to decode, no “contact sales” gate, no per-seat math.
The waitlist itself costs nothing, and joining it commits you to nothing. It’s a spot in line, not a contract.
What you keep
The part of Sentinel we’ve argued for hardest on this blog is the part that doesn’t change at launch: you stay in control.
You keep full admin control of your CRM. Your AI connects to your Sentinel over key-based access — one write key at a time per org, unlimited read keys — so there’s never ambiguity about what changed or which key changed it. You own all your third-party accounts; Sentinel is a hub, not a middleman holding your keys. And Sentinel doesn’t gatekeep what you build. It makes everything visible and recoverable instead — that’s a deliberate bet, and we’ve written a month of posts explaining why.
What happens Monday
