As of 9:30 AM Central this morning, Sentinel is live. Account creation is open, waitlist members are going through the door first, and the countdown bar that’s been sitting on top of this site now says the thing we’ve spent months building toward.

What you can do as of this morning
You can get a Sentinel: a dedicated VM provisioned for your org, with its own subdomain, static IP, DNS, and SSL, stood up automatically after purchase — no ticket, no onboarding call, no manual steps. That auto-provisioning pipeline is proven end-to-end; it’s the same one we’ve been writing about since July.
Then you connect your AI — Claude Cowork, or any AI that can use MCP — over HTTPS with key-based auth, and you start asking for things:
- On Salesforce: Apex, Flows, custom objects, integrations — deployed to your org, sandbox-first with tests required.
- On GoHighLevel: custom development past the edge of what workflows and native features reach.
- On either: dashboards, automation logs, lead follow-up sequences, route planners, report builders — the kinds of builds on the top-ten list.
If a developer could build it, you can just ask for it. That’s been the pitch since day one, and starting today it’s a thing you can buy rather than a thing you can read about.
What it costs
Same numbers we published in July, before there was anything to buy: $500/month per Sentinel, plus a one-time $2,500 onboarding fee on your first Sentinel only. You can own multiple Sentinels. Creating an account costs nothing.
We’ve done the math against the alternatives at length, so I’ll keep it to one line here: it’s less than a month of a contract developer’s time, for a developer that’s available every day and leaves a log.
What launch does not change
Everything this blog has argued all summer holds at launch — that was the point of arguing it in public first.
You keep full admin control of your CRM. Write access runs through one write key at a time per org, with unlimited read keys, so attribution is never ambiguous. Every action is logged. A snapshot lands before every deploy, so recovery is a restore, not an archaeology project. You own every third-party account in the stack — Sentinel is a hub, not a middleman holding your keys.
And Sentinel still blocks nothing. It’s not a guardrail product, and we won’t pretend it prevents your AI from shipping something you’ll regret. What it guarantees is that you’ll see what shipped and be able to walk it back. Freedom plus visibility — use at your own risk, recover at your own pace.
What to build first
The portal’s templates gallery exists to answer exactly this question, and our standing recommendation is the same one we published as a walkthrough: magic-link login. It’s a real build with a visible payoff — passwordless auth your users touch — and it proves the whole loop: you ask, your AI builds, Sentinel deploys, the log records it.
From there, the honest advice is: build the thing that’s been sitting in your backlog because it was never worth a developer’s quote. That’s the category Sentinel exists for.
